Ryanair is a name that doesn’t need any introduction. In 2018 139 millions people took off with the Irish airline in 37 states on 1.850 routes and they aim to reach 200 millions passengers annually by 2024.

Ryanair Rooms

In 2018 Ryanair launched a new incentive that gives customers who book an accommodation with Ryanair Rooms 5% back in Ryanair Flight Credits, once they have stayed and paid.

For example, a customer who books three nights in Rome for 300 euros will receive a credit of 15 euros directly into their MyRyanair account. The guest can then apply the flight credit towards their next Ryanair flight booking.

The big flight company wants to become the ‘Amazon of Travel’ and has been offering an even wider choice of properties: hotels, hostels, B&Bs, holiday villas and homestay options, at the lowest prices.

Ryanair Rooms offers guests exclusive savings, like 24 hour flight and hotel offers, exclusive offers for members and daily deals. The payment model is based on a ‘pay at hotel’ structure, whilst passing the customer card as guarantee. In this way, the hotel is fully in control of payment, rates and availability.

Listing Process

Register your property on: https://myrooms.ryanair.com/account/register-info/independent with a generic email address, eg reservations@. This email address must be unique to the property and should not be a personal email address.

Once you register, you will automatically receive the Ryanair Rooms Marketing Terms and Data Protection Agreement. Sign, scan and email to RyanairRooms@Ryanair.com (once received, they counter sign and approve your registration).

You will then receive your temporary password, Hotel ID and an Extranet guide to help guide you through the set up process.

Load Content, Photos, Room Types, Rate Plans, Geo Co-Ords on the Ryanair Rooms extranet and establish connectivity with RoomCloud Channel Manager.

Finally, push Rates and Availability into the Ryanair extranet and go live within 48 hours!
