4 tools in RoomCloud to improve Airbnb Listing Quality

Hosts can see a list of recent trips that have had a quality problem or customer contact directly in their channel manager. The trip issue feed via the channel manager allows property managers to monitor quality problems in all their listings.

To check trip issues, follow the path Channels – Property Status. Select Airbnb in the drop down menu and the listing you want to check.

Properties can leave more detailed guest reviews using tags directly from their channel manager. They can also see which review tags have been left by guests, both for each stay and aggregated for each listing and Host account.

To check Review Tags, select the tab Reviews in the menu, again Reviews in the sub-menu and choose the channel Airbnb in the drop down filter.

RoomCloud clients can set and manage checkout tasks directly from the channel manager. In this ways, hosts are able to easily define the tasks they want to request to their guests before they leave their stay.

To update Check-Out tasks, follow the path Channels – Airbnb – Airbnb Tools and then select the tab Check Out tasks.  Finally, edit the box that most suites your needs and save the changes.

Hosts using RoomCloud will receive push notifications when one of their listings is in danger of being suspended due to ground rules violations. When a listing is suspended, property managers will also receive a notification, along with the date it is eligible for re-activation. Thanks to these improvements, hosts can receive early warnings and take immediate action before their listing is suspended.
