We are excited to announce a new feature in RoomCloud that can greatly benefit your business: the simplified and streamlined management of your Expedia Group guest reviews.

We recognize that collecting and acting on feedback through reviews is key to optimizing the travel experience you provide. With this new Expedia Group reviews feature, you can now use reviews more effectively, thus attracting more travelers and increasing bookings.

Specifically, it allows you to:

• Retrieve reviews for multiple properties by property and unit.
• Improve the review response time by receiving real-time notifications when your guests leave reviews for your property and easily responding to them within RoomCloud.

How to manage Expedia reviews in RoomCloud

RoomCloud is the first provider worldwide to enable properties to view, reply to, and keep track of reviews received on Expedia Group portals from a single page in your Channel Manager. But it’s not all!

Expedia reviews are now displayed in the Reviews section, along with those from Booking.com, Airbnb and the RoomCloud Booking Engine.

To use the new Reviews feature, login to RoomCloud and select the tab Reviews. You can then either click on:

1. Dashboard to see an overview of the reviews received on the 3 OTAs by rating category (such as cleanliness, location, check-in, etc.)
2. Reviews to conveniently manage the comments your guests have left on Expedia and other major OTAs, filtering them by date and channel.
