The primary goal in RoomCloud has always been to offer the best customer service and the highest possible connection quality. We are strongly committed to monitoring and continuously updating the infrastructure and delivery system. It is a constant and tiring job, but over the years it has allowed us to reach important goals in terms of system reliability. In fact, our physiological error rate is less than 0.02%.
Thanks to the stability achieved by our system, in recent years it has been possible for us to focus our efforts on product innovation, both for the development of new features and for improving its usability. We have done this by being careful to incorporate the indications both of the customers and more generally of all the connected partners. In particular, we have spent thousands of hours of work in both analysis and code development.
